We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

All products and systems sold by Byte Me Computers carry a one year warranty. CPU's purchased without motherboards are warranted for a period of 14 days only. Byte Me Computers will, at its discretion, replace the part(s) as needed. In the event the defective part(s) is no longer in stock, or discontinued by the manufacturer, Byte Me Computers will replace the item(s) with a comparable product. All components sold by Byte Me Computers carry full manufacturer warranty in excess of our one year warranty. All items under manufacturer's warranty must be registered and serviced through their warranty agreements.
All Byte Me Computers parts and systems carry a 7 day money back guarantee, less shipping, handling, and charges. Absolutely no refunds after 7 days. Absolutely no refunds on special order items. Shipping, handling, and COD charges are never refundable.
Absolutely NO refunds on web related accounts, including but not limited to, web hosting, web design, internet access, or leased servers.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
A valid RMA number and a description of the problem must accompany all returned merchandise. All RMA's must be shipped in appropriate packaging, freight pre-paid, by a major carrier. Customers unfamiliar with appropriate packaging materials and procedures need to contact Byte Me Computers for instructions. COD's and returns without RMA number clearly marked on three sides of package will be refused. Returns in envelopes will be refused and all warranties and claims will be void. Refunds/Credits will only be issued on merchandise with RMA numbers dating no more than 15 days from date of purchase. All manuals, disks, cables and documentation must be enclosed. Items received for credit must be in re-salable condition, otherwise a 25% restocking fee will apply. Any abuse, misuse, modification or attempted modification of the products shall void all warranties. Products whose serial numbers have been defaced or altered are not covered by this warranty.
All returns must be received by Byte Me Computers within 7 days of issuance of RMA number. Warranty replacements will be processed within 7 days of receipt of return. Credits/Refunds will be issued within 2-4 weeks of receipt of return. Customer is responsible for referencing RMA number on all correspondence referring to return.
All product(s) are shipped at customer's risk and Byte Me Computers' responsibility for damage to product(s) ceases when the product(s) is delivered to the carrier, to the customer, or to the customer's agent at Byte Me Computers' facility, which ever occurs earlier.
Any software included in or relating to the products has been supplied by the manufacturer. Byte Me Computers makes no representation or warranty with respect thereto and shall have no liability in connection therewith. Customer is solely responsible for complying with the manufacturer's or other requirements with regard to proprietary and similar rights in and to such software (including any requirements to enter into a separate license agreement and prohibitions against duplicating and/or disclosing the same) and shall indemnify Byte Me Computers against and hold it harmless from any and all liability, cost or expense arising from a breach or purported breach of such requirements.

A $25 service charge will apply towards any returned checks and will be subject to collection within 14 days. Customer is responsible for all legal and collection fees.
